This apartment is located a few meters from the Barcelona Cathedral and just 4 minutes by bus or 12 minutes walking from the beach.

2 minutes away, you have the Urquinaona metro station (Yellow Line), and 1 minute away, bus and taxi stops.
Surrounded by emblematic monuments, museums and tourist sites, you will be at the heart of everything Barcelona has to offer, with the advantage of not needing transportation to explore the main points of interest, including restaurants, bars, clubs and the beach.

Check-in: From 15:00 to 00:00. If your flight arrives after midnight, late check-in is available during the early morning, provided you inform us at least 6 hours in advance.

ACCOMMODATION STANDARDS:
1.-Pets are not allowed. In the department there are no animals of any kind.
2.- Washer and dryer are not included in the reservation. However, there is a cheap laundry room called "LA WASH" just a 4-minute walk from the apartment.
3.-Smoking is prohibited within the department. However, the guests of the Queen Room can smoke exclusively on their private terrace.
4.-The entry of people not registered in the reserve is not allowed. Only confirmed guests can access accommodation.
5.-Walking with shoes is not allowed inside the apartment. Upon entering, you must take off your shoes and leave your shoes in the shoe rack at the entrance. Each guest will be given slippers for added comfort.

This room has a double bed that is next to the wall, a wardrobe, coat rack for organizing clothes,
a floating table and windows that flood the room with natural light. The private study is located outside the room and is perfect for working or studying in silence, thanks to a sliding door and soundproof windows. If you want a natural cool environment you have a large ceiling fan. The visco-latex mattress guarantees a restful rest.
2.King Room
Spacious and bright, with a large window that offers views of a large patio. The visco-latex bed ensures a deep night's sleep. If you want a natural cool environment you have a large ceiling fan. It includes hangers, clothing rack and lightweight tiered clothing organizer, a mirror with LED lights perfect for putting on makeup, glass tables and a small desk with a leather chair.
3.Queen Room
This room stands out for its private terrace with a small table and two chairs. The memory foam bed offers you a deep rest. In addition, it has two floating nightstands, a mirror with LED lights and a dresser to organize your belongings, clothing rack and lightweight tiered clothing organizer. If you want a natural cool environment you have a large ceiling fan.
BATHROOM AREA:
You have at your disposal a towel, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer.
The bathroom is cleaned several times a day. I like that guests feel at home and are comfortable in that important area like the bathroom. I like that guests feel at home and that they can feel comfortable and calm in a very important space such as the bathroom.
CENTRAL HALL:
